Privacy Notice

Southern Cross University is requesting your personal information for the purpose of providing access to the Open to Move program, and for related reporting purposes.  

The University may also use your personal information (other than information that is classified as sensitive or health information), including your name and contact details, for marketing purposes. You may request to not receive direct marketing from the University at any time. 

The University may also use de-identified personal or medical information for education, research or program development purposes, such as presentation materials, journal articles, or to inform better health service provision. Use of personal or health information for research purposes is subject to approval by the Human Research Ethics Committee.

You are not legally required to provide this information but your access to the Open to Move Program may be affected if you do not provide all of the information requested. We will treat information you provide confidentially and will not use or disclose your personal information for another purpose without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.
